I was really frustrated upon arrival as I discovered that my reserved room lacked a bath, which was a feature I particularly wanted. Additionally, the mattress I slept on was quite hard, making the night less comfortable than anticipated. Lastly, the hotel's location is not very ideal for tourists, requiring a bus to reach major attractions like the Duomo.

Although I enjoyed my stay overall, the closet space in my room could have been improved.

During my stay, I loved that the hotel was just a short walk away from the stunning Royal Palace of Milan and the beautiful Sforzesco Castle, perfect for enjoying a stroll through the historic streets and spacious gardens surrounding these iconic sites. being able to explore the nearby Milan Natural History Museum made for a lovely day out, too.
